§1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

§2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bg721 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing without registration, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you enter into a legally binding agreement with bg721 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with the following additional policy documents, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and bg721:

• The bg721 Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy)
• The bg721 Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming)
• Any specific Bonus Terms published alongside individual promotional offers
• The Game Rules applicable to individual games as provided by the respective Game Providers

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other document referenced above, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the conflicting document explicitly states otherwise.

If you are acting on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you confirm that you have the requisite authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. bg721 accepts no liability arising from any breach of authority in this regard.

§3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register an Account and use the bg721 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing bg721 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any wager.
• You have not previously had an Account on bg721 that was closed, suspended, or terminated by bg721 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have been advised by a medical or counselling professional to refrain from gambling.
• You have not self-excluded from bg721 or any other gambling platform where that exclusion remains in force.
• You are of full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

bg721 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to national ID, passport, or birth certificate) at any stage of the Account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers a compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by bg721 may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

Where bg721 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method following a compliance review.

§4 Account Registration & Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on bg721. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bg721 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are discovered, all Accounts belonging to that individual will be closed, balances will be subject to forfeiture, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled.

When completing the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. bg721 accepts no responsibility for losses or complications arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information supplied by a Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bg721's support team immediately.

bg721 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• False or misleading information was provided at registration or any point thereafter.
• The Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative activity has been detected or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account holder is or has become ineligible to use the Platform.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk to bg721.

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by bg721 — any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's most recently used payment method. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds (i.e., where no Real Money stake contribution was made) will be forfeited upon closure.

§5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the bg721 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bg721 does not apply currency conversion fees; however, the Player's payment service provider may levy their own charges, for which bg721 accepts no responsibility.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bg721 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following mobile financial services widely used across Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's largest mobile banking service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking platform
• Upay — UCB's mobile financial service

Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at bg721's discretion. The current list of accepted methods will always be displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within the Player's Account area.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit is ৳500. The maximum single deposit limit is displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. bg721 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposited funds are credited to the Player's Account balance upon confirmed receipt by bg721's payment processor. In the event of a delay or failed credit, the Player must contact support with proof of payment.
• bg721 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own payment instrument.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Player's Account area and may vary by verification tier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent verified deposit, unless alternative arrangements have been approved by bg721's compliance team.
• bg721 targets withdrawal processing times of 15 to 30 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional compliance review is required.
• A Player must have completed identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. bg721 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above defined thresholds.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or Bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be processed. Such requests will be declined and the relevant amounts returned to the Player's Account balance.
• bg721 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) or KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.

§6 Bonuses & Promotions

bg721 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated at the point of offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer terms, including minimum deposit thresholds, Account standing, and geographic requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount or the deposit-plus-bonus amount as stated in the specific offer terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Unless the specific offer states otherwise, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and crash games 50%. bg721 publishes full game-contribution tables within the promotional terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the offer terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless the specific offer states a higher limit, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by Bonus Funds is capped at ৳20,000 or 10x the bonus value, whichever is higher.
• Abuse and Misuse: bg721 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of automated software, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotions, or the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Changes and Withdrawal of Offers: bg721 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for the withdrawal of a future promotional offer.

§7 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

bg721 provides access to games supplied by third-party Game Providers. Each game operates according to the rules and mathematics established by the relevant Game Provider and independently audited for fairness. bg721 does not alter, interfere with, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.

The following general rules apply to all gameplay on bg721:

• All bets placed and accepted by the bg721 system are final. Once a wager has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical fault, network disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the Game Provider's published fault procedure. bg721 will not honour bets where the game outcome cannot be independently verified.
• bg721 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or displayed information — including typographical errors or software malfunctions — and to return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable before placing wagers. bg721 does not accept responsibility for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are published by the respective Game Providers and are available upon request. bg721 does not modify the RTP of any game.

For the specific rules governing individual sports betting markets — including settlement rules, in-play bet acceptance criteria, and event cancellation procedures — please refer to the Sports Betting Rules section within your Account area. Cricket betting markets on bg721 covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are governed by the published cricket market rules, which form part of these Terms by reference.

§8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bg721 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Allowing any third party — including family members — to access or use your Account.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or manifest pricing errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to bg721.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Engaging in collusive play with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge that is not publicly available.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bg721 software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after having received the wagering service corresponding to the deposited funds.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bg721 staff or other Players.

§9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bg721 Platform — including but not limited to the bg721 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (as provided under licence from Game Providers), promotional material, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bg721 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

bg721 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any content from the Platform without bg721's prior written consent.
• Use any bg721 trademark, logo, or trade name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content obtained from the Platform.
• Use data scraping, crawling, or harvesting tools to extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Game content provided by third-party Game Providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is licensed to bg721 for display on the Platform. Players have no rights in respect of such content beyond the right to play the games as a registered bg721 user in accordance with these Terms.

§10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg721's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bg721 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — whether or not such loss was foreseeable or bg721 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains a manifest error.
• Interruptions to Platform availability resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, or events beyond bg721's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any technical failure of a Game Provider's software that results in an interrupted or incorrectly settled game round.

bg721 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bg721 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

§11 Amendments to These Terms

bg721 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform features, payment methods, game offerings, or operational policies.

Where a material amendment is made, bg721 will notify Players by one or more of the following methods:

• A notice displayed on the bg721 homepage or login page for a minimum of seven (7) days following the amendment.
• A notification sent to the email address registered to the Player's Account.
• An in-Account notification visible upon next login.

The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date stated in the revision notice. Continued use of the bg721 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with the Account closure procedure. Real Money Funds will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal conditions in §5 above.

The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into effect. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations and rights.

§12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bg721 is registered and operates.

bg721 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly. In the event of any complaint or dispute, Players are required to follow bg721's internal dispute resolution procedure before pursuing any external remedy:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to bg721's customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Provide a clear description of the issue, the Account username, the relevant dates and transaction IDs, and any supporting evidence.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within five (5) business days of initial contact, request escalation to bg721's compliance team by stating "Formal Complaint" in your follow-up communication. The compliance team will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to provide a final decision within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Step 3 — External Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied after receiving bg721's final decision, you may seek resolution through any appropriate external body or dispute mechanism available under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh. bg721 operates its dispute resolution process with the goal of reaching a fair and transparent outcome for all parties.
